Okay... in my last post, there were several of us complaining that we have LOST our mojo. We no longer feel like scrapbooking...and there are several things getting in our way.
I think it's time for a challenge. Like the good old days, when we used to have a Junkitz challenge, and post it on our blog.
Challenge #1
Create a page using SOME sort of animal print. Whether it's in a ribbon, paper, whatever. Dont let this limit you to a page about animals!! (although..it can be) If you are NOT a scrapbooker....do something fun with the craft of your choice. Digital, a card, frame, gift bag...whatever.
These pages/projects will be DUE one week from today. Tuesday, March 3rd. Post them on your blog, and then leave a comment on my blog that day with a link.
Post a comment here, to let me know if you are in!! You can forward the challenge to ANYONE you think might want to join in.
Come on girls...let's have a go with project GET OUR MOJO BACK!!
Mine is up. Kind of cheated, but I scrapped!!! http://randomactsofgoofiness.typepad.com

Donna...you are RIGHT...no excuses. They can MAKE their own animal print!!! Ummmm, but you have to make something new. :) We already saw your cabinet.
Momma...of course you can join.
The deadline is Tuesday. Yikes...better clear off my scrap table & get busy!

Hi Candice,
I hadn't been on your blog for awhile so I just burst out laughing when I read your Random things and you mentioned I had said something about your husband streaking on your blog!! I honestly just thought it was hysterical and I hope you know that I learned a long time ago that I do not place conditions on my friendships! You are my friend no matter what you are, what choices you make or anything else! I just LOVE you and think your blog is so inspiring! I love all your "creative" ideas and can't wait to have some of that rub off on me! When I met you the first time at your door with muffins (which it turned out to be your birthday) I immediately knew you were a person I wanted to know! You have proven that true every time I've spoken to you! So thanks for everything you do to help me feel good and to inspire me! You are great!

Can I just submit that little cabinet I painted that has leopard print on the sides? (Since I'm not really a scrapbooker?) I might give this a whirl...we'll see.
BUT, for those who are saying they don't have anything that's animal print....they can use paint and create their own!!! So, no excuses Debbie and Lynette!

I wanted to buy a pair of leapard print flats last year and Jim laughed at me and said no way! I wish I had not listened to him...they were way cute.
